Gecko Hut ships orders out Monday-Wednesday to assure that no animals are left at shipping facilities over the weekend. Shipping is a flat rate of $45*for UPS Overnight delivery that includes all necessary packaging to assure that your new friend will arrive safe and sound to you. After all payment(s) have been received we will proceed to set up a delivery date that will work for you and send a conformation email that will include your tracking number. All shipments require someone (18+) to sign for the package so that the animals can be unpacked and inspected immediately upon arrival. In the event that you do receive a dead animal DO NOT dispose of body or packaging, both must be retained for the live arrival guarantee.  Gecko Hut guarantees live arrival of all animals only if they have been signed for, any animal(s) left outside unattended will not be covered under the live arrival guarantee. Please note that Gecko Hut is not responsible for carrier delays. Inclement weather notice; we will not ship an animal out if temps exceed 95*F or fall below 40*F at either location. There are NO exceptions to this rule, if it becomes unacceptable then we will return 100% of your payment. The animals' health comes first and foremost here at Gecko Hut and we will not risk shipping in these conditions. Payment
Gecko Hut accepts personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, pay pal, and credit card. Any animal can be placed on hold without a deposit for 7 days, if no arrangements are made the animal will be placed back up for sale. If a longer hold period is necessary a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the animal for up to 30 days. If in that time no payment or arrangements are made the deposit will be forfeited and animal placed back up for sale. Animals must be paid in full before shipment is sent. Please note that if paying by check, order will not be confirmed until check has cleared, may take up to 10 business days.
